We currently do not offer exchanges.
However, you’re welcome to return the item for store credits, which you can then use to reorder your preferred size or choose a different design.
Returns for Store Credit
We accept returns in exchange for store credits.
Please note:

Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Items must be returned within 7 days for local orders, starting from the delivery date.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Ways to Return
Please email us at contact@herbydc.com within 7 days within the date of purchase, with snapshots, together with your order ID for verification purposes.
We regret to inform that we will not be able to accept any return of the item if we are not notified within the stipulated time frame.
Any forms of wear and tear or damage caused to the product after wearing/washing will not be considered a defect and will not be liable for any returns, exchange, or refunds.
Once the return request has been approved and if you'd like to send an item back, you will be informed to send your return to one of the stores below:

To ensure your parcel reaches us safely, we recommend using tracked postage. Please note that we’re unable to take responsibility for lost items during return transit.
