ORDER
Create An Account
- Customers will be required to create an account with us before placing their order(s).
This is to ensure that every customer will be able to shop faster, receive updates on their orders, accumulate points, and even get insider deals! - If user forgets password, click “Forgot Password” on the login page, a new password will be automatically sent to your registered email.
Discount / Promotion Codes
- Enter your discount code in the discount code box at checkout.
- Click ‘APPLY’ to see the updated total.
Order Confirmation
- An invoice will be sent via email once the order is placed.
- Check junk/spam folders if the email is not in your inbox.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 working days.
- No cancellations or changes are allowed once the order is confirmed.
Order Tracking
- Once we have processed your order, an email with the courier tracking link will be sent to you.
No Combination of Orders
- We strictly do not allow any combination of orders.
This is to ensure that every order purchased has a specific tracking number that will be accounted for.
Payment
- Accepts all major credit/debit cards, Bank Transfer and Paynow.
- Card payments are securely processed via ShopcadaPay.
- Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
- For offline payments such as Bank Transfer and Paynow, you are required to make payment within 30minutes before the order gets cancelled.
- HerbyDC reserves the right to reject any orders at its discretion.
DELIVERY
Local Singapore Delivery
- Typically, once a package has been picked up by our courier company, it will take 1-3 working days to reach you.
- Please take note that delivery lead times are just an estimate and they do not include internal order processing time of 3-5 working days.
- Kindly note that if your order consists of in-stock and backorder items, your in-stock items will be delivered via your preferred delivery method first. Shipping charges will apply, depending on your selected delivery method(s).
Self-Collection
- Once package is ready for collection, you will receive email to pick up your order from your selected shipping method.

International Order & Delivery
- HERBYDC ships internationally via J&T Express.
- Shipping charges are auto-generated by the system according to the location of your country, and are measured by weight.
- Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days , from the date of shipment. However, parcels may experience custom delays that are beyond our control.
Should there be any tax charges incurred, it will be borne by the customer.
